What is your cleaning protocol?

All mattresses and decor are sanitized on the day of pick up and stored in sealed plastic bins. All bedding and canopies are professionally washed by Dry Cleaning Connection, located locally in Peachtree City.

How soon should I book?

As soon as possible, our dates fill up quickly. We require $150 deposit to secure your event date. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to your event date. 


Please plan to have your confirmed guests 14 days prior to your event. We are happy to adjust the number of tents prior to the 14 days. Any changes within the 14 days may be subject to an additional fee.

Parties booked less than 10 days may be subjected to a 10% fee.




I want to book, but I don't have all of my guests confirmed. 

No problem! Book with the number of guests that you do have confirmed and you can always contact us to add on a tent or service for the additional fee. We will just send you an invoice for the additional tent or service. 

Custom orders, please discuss with Sweet Dream Campers at the start of your order to give us a heads up to prepare. 

We want to ensure you get your requested date and can only honor that if the deposit is paid.

How much space is needed?

Each of our A-frame tents fit snug over a twin air mattress which is approximately 3' x 6'. In most cases, furniture will need to be moved to create the open space. Please have the area cleared and cleaned prior to our arrival. If you are unsure of the space size, Sweet Dream Campers will be happy to discuss prior to booking.

What area do you provide service?

We currently serve Fayette County and areas near by. We have a 30 mile radius and anything outside that radius may be subject to a $5 per mile round trip fee.

How long does set up & breakdown take?

We want to provide the best customer service with efficiency. All packages take 45 minutes to an hour. Adding extra tents to the reservation may increase the time, but our goal is to be finished in an hour. 

Breakdown takes less time. Our goal is to have all equipment out with in 45 mins. Times may very due to location and number of tents. 

What items if any should my guests plan to bring?

We ask that all guest sleeping in the tents to bring their own pillow for sanitary purposes. Our pillows are for decoration only. We provide a fitted & flat sheet along with a fleece blanket for each tent.

What is your cancellation policy?

We completely understand things happen. In the event that you need to change your event date, we will be happy to accommodate if the requested date is available. 

Any cancellations made 21 days prior to your event date, the deposit will be non-refundable.
