Make your celebration unforgettable with the Sweet Dream Campers' Dream Big Table, perfect for up to 16 guests. Whether it's a birthday, anniversary or just a special gathering, this experience includes three picnic tables and a lounge tent with seating for up to 16 people, complete with place settings and cozy cushions. Let us create a magical setting for your event and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Cancellation Policy

To secure your booking, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to your event date. Please plan to have your confirmed guests 14 days prior to your event. We are happy to adjust the number of tents prior to the 14 days. Any changes within the 14 days may be subject to an additional fee. Parties booked less than 10 days may be subjected to a 10% fee. In the event that you need to change your event date, we will be happy to accommodate if the requested date is available. The booking must be rescheduled within 30 days from the original reservation date. The remaining balance will be due at the original booking date. Limited to one change only. Any cancellations made 21 days prior to your event date, the deposit will be non-refundable. Pricing in for ONE NIGHT only with delivery and setup between the hours of 9am-5pm and pick up the next day between 9am-5pm, unless otherwise arranged between both Sweet Dream Campers and the customer. If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the reservation will be cancelled with out a refund. All prices, terms and conditions are subject to change. Strictly no pets are permitted on any items provided by Sweet Dream Campers. The room provided for the tents must be clean of debris and pet hair. Any pet hair or pet urine found on mattresses, fabric, sheets, pillows, etc., the customer will be charged a fee to replace the damages. While we are pet lovers our tents are not. Please have all pets detained in a designated area prior to set up. The room/area used for the tents and supplies must be clear of any sharp objects. We are not liable to move any items/furniture belonging to the customer. If the space is not clear and late fee may occur. Strictly no smoking, no shoes, no jumping and no climbing in or on any of the products provided by Sweet Dream Campers. If found damaged in any way a fee will be charged to replace damaged items. The customer is responsible to supervise children at all times. Sweet Dream Campers are not liable for any injury that may occur in or around the equipment. The equipment is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old. Small items such as lights, decor, etc. may cause injury if use incorrectly and Sweet Dream Campers is not liable if such injury occurs.
